New regulation for personal data
On 1. July 2018, a new personal data legislation called GDPR entered into force. The regulation is largely a continuation of existing laws, but the conditions concerning processing of personal data are stricter. In addition, the rights of individuals have been strengthened. All personal data related to Retura TRV will be processed in accordance with current regulations.
This privacy policy includes information on what kind of personal data we collect about our customers on our website, and what we use the data for. You can also download this document in PDF format.
In Retura TRV AS, we process your personal data with respect and caution. By using our services you consent to Retura TRV AS storing your personal data for the purpose of being able to provide the service you requested.
Processing of personal data in the customer relationship:
Personal data stored in our systems, is stored on a secure server, hosted by TRV-Gruppen AS. Access to data is password protected. Only users with system access have access to this data. In this context, the term personal data refers to the following:
Corporate customers:

- E-mail address
- Telephone number
- Current position
- Employer
- Communication relevant for the customer relationship
Private customers:
- Full name
- Street address
- Postcode
- Postal area
- Mobile phone:
- E-mail address
- Communication relevant for the customer relationsip
Control and purpose:
The CEO of Retura TRV AS is responsible for all processing of personal data. The purpose of collecting and storing customer and personal data is to:
- create a customer account
- maintain an existing customer account
- restore a previously closed customer account
Retura TRV AS does not map or store personal data beyond what is specified above. Retura TRV AS does not share personal data with third parties.
We collect data from visitors to our website for functionality and user experience purposes. Cookies are used to optimize the content on our website and to identify user patterns. Read more about cookies below.

Everyone has the right to be provided with general information about Retura TRV AS’ processing of personal data. If we have collected your personal data, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the personal data we have about you is wrong, you can request that we correct or delete it by sending an e-mail to trondheim@returatrv.no or by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
Duration:
Retura TRV AS stores all data relevant to the customer account for as long as the account is active and up to 2 years after it has been closed. If a registered contact person is no longer working for the company, Retura TRV must be notified.
