New regulations regarding personal data
On 1 July 2018, a new personal data act, called GDPR, comes into force. The new law is largely a continuation of existing regulations, but the requirement for processing personal data has been tightened. In addition, the individual’s rights have been strengthened. All personal data related to Retura TRV will be processed in accordance with the new law.
This privacy policy contains information about what information we collect from customers on our websites, and what we use it for.
At Retura TRV AS, we treat personal data with respect and care. By using our order form on our website, you agree that Retura TRV AS can store your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the service you request.
Processing of personal data in connection with the customer relationship:
Personal information stored in our systems is located on a secure server operated by TRV-Gruppen AS. Access is protected by a password that is unique to the individual employee. Only users of the systems have access to this information. In this context, personal data means:

- E-mail communication that is important to the customer relationship
Private customers:
- Full Name
- Street address

Responsibility and purpose:
The general manager of Retura TRV AS is responsible for the company’s processing of personal data. The purpose of collecting and storing customer and personal data is to be able to:
- create customer relationships
- maintain an existing customer relationship
- restore a previously terminated customer relationship
Retura TRV AS does not map and does not store personal data beyond what is mentioned above. Retura TRV AS also does not distribute personal data to third parties.
Based on functionality and user experience, we also collect information from you who visit our website. We use this information to optimize the content of our website and see user patterns. To do this, we use cookies, which you can read more about below.

Retura TRV AS uses third-party cookies from Google Analytics/AdWords and Facebook. The purpose is to obtain statistics and analysis of the website. The information is used by us to improve the website and to offer visitors the best possible experience. AdWords enables us to target advertisements to those who have visited our site. We cannot trace the data of individuals.

Everyone has the right to general information about Retura TRV AS’s processing of personal data. All persons about whom we have registered personal data have the right to access the information registered about them. If information about you is incorrect, you can request that these be corrected or deleted by sending an email to trondheim@returatrv.no or by submitting the form at the bottom of this page.
Duration:
Retura TRV AS stores all relevant information for the customer relationship as long as it is active and up to 2 years after it has ended. If contact persons leave, you are responsible for telling Retura TRV AS about this.
